studio e presents The Threshold of Thought and Appearance, a main-gallery exhibition of new work by Ko Kirk Yamahira. Through the meticulous process of unthreading canvas, Yamahira transforms painting’s traditional support into the artwork itself. A large, C-shaped installation invites visitors inside an undulating enclosure of floating threads, surrounded by a series of smaller works. This free exhibition explores how dismantling familiar structures can create new forms and ways of seeing.
