At the Bainbridge Island Museum of Art, Handwork 2026 celebrates fifty years of Seattle’s Pratt Fine Arts Center and the artists who have shaped its community. More than seventy-five current and former instructors, students, staff, and board members contribute work spanning glass, sculpture, jewelry, felt, drawing, painting, and printmaking. Named for Seattle civil rights leader Edwin T. Pratt, the center has made art education and studio space accessible to artists of all ages and abilities since 1976.
